About the event
Over 75 minutes, you’ll be guided through a powerful and restorative breathwork journey designed to calm your mind, open your heart, and reset your nervous system.
We’ll begin by reviewing the technique of Conscious Connected Breathwork (also known as Circular Breathing)—a simple yet transformative pattern that allows you to access deeper layers of awareness.
Next comes the active breathing practice, a music-filled experience lasting about 20 minutes. During this time, you may release tension, stress, or stuck emotions, creating space for clarity, gratitude, and love to flow in.
Afterward, we’ll move into a 15-minute integration period—a time for grounding, rest, and reflection—followed by a brief dialogue to help you process your experience and return to homeostasis.
Over time, regular breathwork practice strengthens your nervous system, helping you meet life’s challenges with greater ease, resilience, and presence.
