Conscious Connected Breathwork

You can talk about what you're carrying. That doesn't always move it.

Ninety minutes on a mat, breathing in a specific rhythm. It works one layer below the story.

You've read the books. Sat with the therapist. Done the journaling and the 40-day practices and the retreats. You can name your patterns and tell your story clearly. And still — something carries on in your body. The tightness in your chest before a hard conversation. The 3 a.m. wake-up. The way stress lands in your shoulders or your jaw and doesn't leave.

Breathwork goes somewhere else.

It's a specific, guided rhythm — inhale, inhale, exhale, repeated while you lie down and I guide you through it. No experience required. No belief system needed. The physiology does the work.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE BODY

Why it matters

Lower stress, quickly

Activates the parasympathetic nervous system — rest-and-digest — dropping cortisol faster than most interventions.

Energy & clarity

Floods the body with oxygen and clears mental fog. Many leave more alert and present than they've felt in months.

Sleep, mood, digestion

A regulated nervous system regulates everything downstream. Not side effects — the point.

Release old tension

The body stores what we don't process. Breathwork creates a physiological window to move it.

“In one session, something shifted that hadn't moved in twenty years.”

MY STORY WITH IT

I found breathwork when I needed something that could reach where talking couldn't.

I'd done my own work — years of it. Coaching, therapy, reading, retreats. I knew myself well. And I still had a thing that lived in my body that I couldn't talk my way out of.

I found breathwork, and in one session something shifted that hadn't moved in twenty years. Not metaphorically — physiologically. I got certified to share it, because it works, and I want the women I work with to have access to it.
